HotHouse Design is a design studio perched on the edge of Lake Superior in Duluth, Minnesota, and it is the professional home of Chani Becker. We work with our clients to create compelling visual experiences.

From logo & identity development to illustration and design for print, web, animation, and video, I collaborate with clients, writers, programmers, photographers, and other creative cohorts to execute almost any scale of visual communication.  

I am currently an M.F.A. candidate in Illustration at Savannah College of Art and Design. My B.F.A. is in Film and video from Rhode Island School of Design. I work directly with clients to create outstanding design work, saving them the overhead of a larger agency. We chose the name “HotHouse” because it describes a small but powerful environment for cultivation and growth, and we cultivate and grow creative visual communications solutions.

Clients include Great Lakes Aquarium, Northspan Group, Duluth Grill, OMC Smokehouse, Duluth Press Building & Residential Suites, Western Lake Superior Sanitary District, and Arrowhead Parish Nurse Association.
